It was a really hard decision, I picked Peeta in my mind but then for some reason I edited Finnick pictures. So here you go! I could not choose so here is Finnick.
Annie couldn’t move. She couldn’t force her mind out of the horrible thing it had become. She couldn’t—“Annie?” someone said. She couldn’t respond, but cautiously looked around the curtain.
Finnick.
That’s when it hit her. He was still alive. He was still real. She had something to live for. She couldn’t keep it all in her head and pressed her eyes closed, going over and over that she still had him.
When Annie opened her eyes Finnick was staring at her worriedly, but it soon turned to a smile when she choked out, “I love you.” And then went silent again.

So that’s who Finnick loves. I think. Not his string of fancy lovers in the Capitol. But a poor, mad girl back home.
